To the fullest extent permitted by law, onthegames and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
